I absolutely love the MD2, I’ve even already got a few different people asking me about where I got it. I made sure to tell them where and what it was. Any chance I get to tell anyone else about agilite I make sure to do it. Loved everything I’ve gotten so far and the MD2 is absolutely no different.

This is by far the best low profile first aid kit I have used so far. It fits perfectly at the small of the back for ambidextrous access. It is not what i would call a full size first aid kit but is big enough to fit the essentials. My only complaint is the large trauma sheers I usually use don't fit in the slot for them. I'm sure a smaller profile set will fit just fine.

Yet to trial the MD2TM Compact Trauma Kit in the field environment. To date, I’ve found it doesn’t fit nearly enough medical stores that I require to operate with. Hey, but it looks good!

I’ve tried a few others, however, this one was has a better design when it comes to quick access and organization of the items inside the kit itself.

As with any Agilite product the build quality is always top tier. The MD2 compact trauma IFAK fits comfortably on the back of battle belt. It's easily worn inside vehicles and while sitting without causing your back to be in a weird misshapen position. It's a tight fit to be able to fit everything issued in standard U.S. army guts and I fight to get the pouch into the sleeve. Once you have it in it's snug enough to not have to worry about it getting caught on anything and pulling the pouch out but still able to be pulled out with minimal effort
