Ive owned a K-19 and loved it, but wanted something for lighter duty and mobility. Agilite knocked it out of the park with the Sub Zero! Super quality as all of their products are and loved the fact they kept the inside armor retention straps they have on the K-19 in such a slim profile lightweight package. Holds my Level IV Plates superbly nice and high no matter that movement or running. Highly Highley recommend!

The Sub-zero plate carrier is a sweet piece of kit for the civilian peace maker or the pro-full time-hero! It fills a niche in the market in at least 3 key areas:
1) While this is a streamlined carrier, it has the capability to scale up in load carrying capacity and flex with the operator’s demand and mission requirements.
2) Most of the minimalist vests on the market sacrifice stability by skimping on the cummerbund system. Not only is the Sub-zero very stable while running, crawling, climbing, etc, the cummerbund is feature rich and allows the operator to “plus up” on demand without the need for buying or attaching more pouches, saving you time and money.
3) The sub-zero is a perfect balance between comfort and features. Critical weight saving cuts were made without sacrificing functionality or comfort.

The only upgrade I’ll make to mine is in the shoulder strap…. Slinging and unslinging the rifle sometimes will grab the Velcro adjustment strap on the shoulder and pull it up creating the infamous “Velcro ‘Kill Me’ Call” and leave you flapping in the wind… not very stealthy or professional. Not a huge deal and it can easily be fixed with an e-tape mod.

Love this carrier! Wish I didn’t like it so much because now I don’t have an excuse to buy the K-Zero plate carrier.

I bought this to build a minimalistic kit for special purposes at work. I only need a few things so I set it up with the basics using the placards. I only wish I had an option for cable management because it will have a mic and ear piece attached somehow. I love how light weight it is and how modular it is. The adjustment system is perfect. My level IV 10x12 plates fit real nice.

Great option for quick deployment, adaptable for adding only essential kit for the moment. Keep your K-Zero loaded for longer/more demanding situations. I like the multi-caliber mag placard, with the option of holding pistol mags in one or more of the compartments.

I don't have much time in a PC but the comfort and ajustabllity is absolutely perfect.
