Marketing & Business Development Manager
About the Role
Are you ready to help solidify Agilite as a household name in the U.S. defense industry? Agilite is already trusted by elite Special Operations Forces units around the globe. Now we’re looking for someone who can take that credibility and turn it into real momentum across the U.S. market.
This role is hands-on. You’ll be Agilite’s key person on the ground in the U.S., building relationships, creating opportunities, and making sure the right people, brands, and platforms are talking about Agilite for the right reasons.
The mission: Make Agilite a natural first choice in the U.S. firearms, tactical, and SOF world.
Responsibilities
1. Produce & Coordinate U.S. Content (A–Z)
- Plan and run U.S.-based shoots and content projects, including booking personnel, coordinating logistics, and managing partners.
- Create and drive video and photo content with SOF, tactical creators, and partner brands.
- Ensure all content matches Agilite’s standards, aesthetic, and authenticity.
- Examples include kit breakdowns, gear loadouts, partner collaborations, media team photoshoots, and field content.
2. Build Partnerships That Deliver
- Identify and secure strategic U.S. partnerships that expand reach and credibility.
- Build long-term collaborations with brands in the tactical space.
- Turn relationships into tangible outcomes: joint shoots, co-branded campaigns, product integrations, events, and PR wins.
3. Secure Media Features & Earned PR
- Build relationships with top tactical media outlets, platforms, and creators.
- Pitch stories and secure meaningful coverage and product features.
- Drive organic placements through storytelling, credibility, and strong relationships.
4. Create High-Impact Collaborations
- Develop joint campaigns with brands and creators to expand reach and trust.
- Help bring Agilite into the cultural inner circle of U.S. SOF and tactical lifestyle.
5. Expand Agilite’s Apparel Presence
- Work with Agilite marketing to grow the apparel category into a must-have lifestyle staple.
- Drive U.S.-based apparel collaborations, content, and brand traction.
6. Execute Fast & Own Outcomes
- Run multiple initiatives simultaneously, move quickly, and take ownership from idea to execution.
- Work cross-functionally with internal marketing, creative, and B2G teams to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, business development, partnerships, or brand strategy.
- Strong track record building and managing strategic partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. tactical and firearms market and culture.
- Experience leading content and media projects end-to-end.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and resourceful.
- Ability to travel domestically and fly to Israel headquarters 2–3 times per year.
