Chief of Staff/Special Projects Manager

Agilite is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded individual to join our team as a Chief of Staff & Special Project Manager.
The ideal candidate reports directly to the CEO and will work closely with the leadership team to drive key initiatives, streamline operations, execute special projects, and facilitate effective communication across the organization. The Chief of Staff will assist the leadership team by providing critical support in project management, operations and organizational planning.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as a right-hand person to the CEO and collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company’s strategic plans and initiatives that align with the company's goals, objectives and vision.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements and other administrative tasks, as needed.
- Execute special strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, driving cross-functional collaboration and delivering results within established timelines.
- Communication Facilitation-serving as a liaison between senior leadership and other departments or teams within the organization. This includes disseminating information, facilitating meetings, and fostering collaboration across different parts of the company.
- Monitor progress against strategic goals and KPIs, providing regular updates and recommendations for course correction as necessary.
- Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a strategic or operational role, with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Results oriented.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proven project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, thorough by nature.
- Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a dynamic company experiencing rapid growth.
- Mother-tongue English-Compulsory (non-mother-tongue English Speakers will not be considered.
- Conversational Hebrew-required, professional level Hebrew-preferred.
- Additional languages-advantage.
