This is far from your average videography job.

We are looking for a talented Videographer - Video Creator to join our media team and help create exceptional content featuring elite special operations units. In this role, you will film real tactical action, including Black Hawk helicopters, K9 units, and explosions, transforming raw footage into impactful digital content for a global audience.

Responsibilities include:

• Filming and editing high-impact videos for web and social platforms
• Managing pre-production: logistics, scheduling, equipment, and studio setup
• Creating engaging content for social media, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and more
• Supporting B2B and B2G teams with fast-turnaround visual contentTraveling across Israel to capture dynamic field footage
• Managing and optimizing Agilite’s YouTube channel

Requirements:

• Strong videography and editing skills
• Fluency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken
• Ability to work in tough terrain with heavy gear
• Experience with content creation for social and YouTube
• Organized, creative, and able to work independently
• Valid Israeli driver’s license

Advantages: Photography, graphic design, After Effects/DaVinci, military combat background, tactical/firearms industry knowledge, and additional languages.
