Testing Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a Testing Coordinator (Technician level) to join our R&D team. This role is hands-on and dynamic, combining product and material testing, process improvement, and close collaboration with designers and cross-functional teams. You’ll be at the core of developing and validating the next generation of Agilite’s tactical gear.

Key Responsibilities

Product Testing (≈70%)

• Develop, manage, and continuously improve product testing systems.
• Create and execute internal testing procedures for new products.
• Manage and run external field tests (Israel, US, Europe).
• Collaborate with designers, Customer Service, and Operations to resolve product issues post-launch.
• Support designers in real-world testing environments (shooting ranges, navigation, field activities).

Material Testing (≈30%)

• Develop internal testing procedures for new materials.
• Manage and execute external material field tests.
• Work with the Materials Innovation team to identify and validate cutting-edge technologies.

What We’re Looking For

• Practical Engineer / Technician degree (Mechanical, Materials, or similar).
• 2+ years of hands-on testing or QA experience.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving mindset.
• High-level English (spoken & written).
• Military/tactical gear background – strong advantage.
• Willingness to travel for field testing (domestic & international).
