Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location: Holon, Israel

Agilite is a global leader in tactical gear design and manufacturing, trusted by elite military and law enforcement units worldwide. We’re growing fast – and we’re looking for a talented and motivated Recruiter to join our team in Holon.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs.
• Build and execute creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Create a strong candidate pipeline and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Take part in HR-related projects that impact employee success and company culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of proven experience in sourcing & recruitment – must.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, or related field – must.
• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High learning agility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English – must (native level – advantage).
• Experience in organizational/employee relations – advantage.
