Sales Business Intelligence Analyst

As a Sales BI Analyst at Agilite, you will support our sales team by collecting and analyzing sales data, providing valuable feedback and actionable insights to guide sales activities. You will lead data collection processes and present reports and conclusions to the management team. This role requires a deep understanding of our products and business processes, strong technical abilities, and a high level of accuracy. It offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales analysis and contribute to the success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and report sales data.
- Lead data collection and data cleansing activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer behavior, identify sales potential, and provide recommendations.
- Present actionable insights to the sales team and managers.
- Prepare and present reports on data trends and sales performance.
- Develop and maintain BI dashboards and tools to visualize sales data and trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand data needs.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements:
- An academic degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Accounting, or equivalent – a must.
- At least 1 years of experience in data/business analytics roles.
- Strong research, data analysis, and technical skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-starter, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in written and verbal English communication – a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel – a must.
- Experience working with BI tools.
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
- Experience working with SQL – an advantage.
- Familiarity with Python - an advantage.
