Our company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to lead and
manage all operations, manufacturing, and supply chain functions, with a focus on
continuous process improvement, resource optimization, and adherence to international
standards. The successful candidate will manage a professional team and work closely with
all departments across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the operations, manufacturing, and supply chain departments, including a team of 15 staff members.
• Oversee manufacturing processes and product manufacturing through
  subcontractors.
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in processes, and implement improvements in manufacturing, supply, and time management.
• Collaborate closely with department heads (Marketing, Sales, R&D) to optimize
  cross-functional processes.
• Manage quality and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to international
  standards.
• Lead ERP system implementation projects and guide on leveraging new
  technologies.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee inventory planning and demand forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with import/export regulations for both sea and air freight.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role in operations, production, and supply chain is required.

• Experience working with international subcontractors.

• Proven experience in inventory planning and demand analysis.

• Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, including sea and air freight compliance.
• Ability to identify issues in processes and implement continuous improvements inefficiency and performance.
• Experience leading ERP system implementations and a strong understanding of
  automation processes.
• Extensive knowledge of quality management and regulatory compliance, with a focus on meeting international standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage teams in a
  dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hebrew are
  mandatory.
