Job description

We’re looking for a Global Sales Director to join the Agilite team and lead our Sales Department. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales management, business development, and team leadership. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading successful and high revenue-generating sales teams, with a focus on constant growth and improvement. 

The Global Sales Director is responsible for  driving exponential revenue growth via our B2B and  B2G revenue streams, and expand our market presence globally.  

The Global Sales Director must provide a world-class experience via telephone, e-mail, and in person at trade shows and meetings, with the ability to pivot seamlessly while supporting Sales Managers meeting with government agencies, dealers, or SOF units.

Essential functions:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets and market expansion goals, enhance Agilite's brand awareness and global footprint
  • Set clear KPIs, goals and objectives for the sales team aligned with overall company objectives and targets, monitor performance against these metrics, and foster a results-based culture of accountability
  • Create and implement sales processes and best practices, manage and track sales team’s activity to ensure achievement of annual sales targets, understand how to motivate the team to achieve maximum performance output  
  • Provide leadership, assistance and guidance to the sales team, develop and monitor sales meeting schedules, participating in calls with key clients or key potential clients 
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to establish and develop retail and government dealer partnerships in relevant countries, ensuring comprehensive market coverage
  • Work cross-functionally across all Agilite departments, including marketing, R&D, supply chain and compliance teams to ensure an efficient and effective sales team
  • Create trade show strategy, lead and manage sales team activities at trade shows
  • Manage and train the Sales Managers to retain, grow, and deepen relationships with current dealer network partners, establish and grow our global government channel 

Position Requirements:

  • Fluent English and Hebrew 
  • At least 4 years of previous sales team management experience with a track record of driving results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to fly to international trade shows
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, thorough by nature
  • Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a dynamic company experiencing exponential growth.
  • Ability to physically demonstrate products while wearing military equipment including body armor
  • Excellent interpersonal skills-must be a "People-person"
  • Drivers License - Required
  • Additional languages - advantage
  • SOF or Combat Military or Law Enforcement service - advantage
  • High level of security clearance - advantage
  • Familiarity with/passionate about the tactical gear/firearms/Military industry and culture
