Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and proactive student to join our finance team as a Finance Admin Coordinator for a temporary period of 3 months. This role is perfect for students looking to gain hands-on experience in finance and administration within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The candidate will work closely with the Head of Finance and assist in various financial administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and organize supplier invoices, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.
- Assist with payment processing and track transaction statuses.
- Gather and compile financial data for month-end reporting.
- Handle travel reports and employee reimbursements.
- Communicate with outsourced bookkeepers, both local and international, to resolve documentation issues.
- Support other finance-related administrative tasks as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Current student for a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of communication skills in both English and Hebrew (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently and follow structured processes.
- Immediate availability and willingness to work in a dynamic environment.
- Prior administrative experience is a plus.
