Customer Success Representative

Agilite, a rapidly growing defense equipment business, is looking for a talented Customer Service Coordinator to play a key role in its E-Commerce order fulfillment process.
The correct candidate is an energetic, tech-savvy, and very responsible rising star who is passionate about the supply chain challenges of a modern business that is growing rapidly. Somebody who is caring and can make sure our valued customers get their orders fast, easily, and who can problem-solve, on-the-go, to ensure a great customer experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding orders, product details, shipping, returns, and other related topics
• Managing the order fulfillment process, including order entry, administration, and shipping. 
• Constantly improving procedures so that warehouses can work independently and process orders efficiently.
• Being in touch with our B2C clients regarding their orders, answering any questions they may have, and solving any shipping or return issues that arise.
• Maintain ERP system reliability religiously.
• Communication with our fulfillment centers and shipping providers daily.

Position Requirements:

• High level of spoken & written English (not necessarily mother tongue)
• Basic level of Hebrew, Additional language -an advantage
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supply chain, e-commerce, logistics, or customer service role
• Strong Microsoft Office (Excel) skills – an advantage
• Familiarity with information systems, such as WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business, Katana), or Shopify - is a plus
• Creative and proactive mindset – ability to problem-solve independently and contribute in a dynamic, fast-growing environment – considered an advantage
• Interest in tactical gear and the defense industry – a plus
