They are comfortable and fit my issued ESAPI side plates, which are thick, and either don’t or barely fit in other side plate carriers. They attach solidly to my K-19. I wear them internally because they feel floppy externally. They sit tight but are not uncomfortable (might be if I were fat). My only recommendation is that the opening be on the horizontal axis vs the vertical one. I am LE and have some 6 x 8 soft panels I’d love to use in order to get some added protection on my side, which I cannot currently do but could if the opening to the carriers was on the horizontal axis.
I have these on my K-Zero, they are light-years ahead of my issued kit. They are form fitting and secure.
I personally love a tight fitting cummerbund and the extra padding is just the cherry on top
Well done. Mounted panel inside my cummerbund. Fit great and comfortable. Real nice to have Molle exposed for attachment on cummerbund. Fit multiple panel sizes.
Highly recommend. The comfort level has increased even more. Really pads the rib cage area well. It feels like "a hug from Granny".
