U.S. B2B2C Account Manager

Location: USA (Remote)  

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic B2B2C Account Manager to drive growth in the U.S. tactical gear market. This role will focus on managing and expanding relationships with dealers, distributors, and retail partners, ensuring our brand is represented effectively at every touchpoint while maximizing sell-through to end customers (B2C).

The Account Manager will act as the key liaison between our brand and our North American dealer/distributor network—balancing sales growth, channel development, and brand integrity.

 


 

Key Responsibilities

Account & Channel Management

  • Own and manage relationships with U.S.-based dealers, distributors, and key retail accounts to maximise revenue driven created by them

  • Develop joint business plans with partners to drive revenue growth and increase market share.

  • Ensure proper product mix, pricing, and promotional strategies are aligned with brand objectives.

  • Monitor sell-in (to dealers) and sell-through (to end consumers) performance, identifying growth opportunities.


Sales Growth & Target Achievement

  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager to Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors within key geographic and market segments.

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional agreements while protecting brand value.


Brand & Market Development

  • Ensure strong retail execution through training, merchandising, physical and digital marketing assets & support.

  • Partner with Marketing on in-store events, trade shows, product launches and digital campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales.

  • Provide feedback to product development teams on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.


Operational & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports in CRM systems.

  • Track KPIs such as dealer sell-through rates, order frequency, and revenue growth.

  • Work closely with sales operations & logistics to guarantee smooth order fulfillment and account satisfaction.

 


 

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or channel development—preferably in tactical gear, sporting goods, outdoor, or related physical goods industries.

  • Proven success managing dealer/distributor networks in the U.S. market.
    Strong understanding of B2B2C sales dynamics (dealer sell-in + consumer sell-through).

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting.

  • Ability to travel domestically for account visits, trade shows, and events and at 2-4 times annually to Israel for team meetings, training etc.
