Job description
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Representative to join the Agilite team and support our growing US Sales Team. This role requires a natural problem solver who is extremely organised and competent, with a strong attention to detail, and who has extremely high standards.
The Sales Operations Representative is responsible for all details regarding our dealers and government clients’ quotes, orders and shipments. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter by nature, will have at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role in sales operations, and will be able to turn order and inventory data into meaningful suggestions to improve sales and sales operations.
The Sales Operations Representative must provide a world-class experience via telephone, e-mail, and video meetings, with the ability to pivot seamlessly while communicating with logistics centers or supporting Sales Managers’ meetings with government agencies or dealers.
Essential functions:
- Work closely with our Israel and US-based sales team, North American dealer network, and US-based warehouse
- Manage the B2B and B2G client full quote-to-invoice process for our customers including order entry, administration, and shipping
- Support the B2G channel by responding to ad-hoc quote requests
- Support the sales team by analysing inventory and shipment data, creating reports, and making data-based recommendations
- Reliably and accurately maintain our ERP system
- Prioritise orders and make sure all they go out accurately & on time
- Communicate with fulfilment centres / shipping providers on a daily basis
- Constantly improve procedures and processes for optimised efficiency and customer satisfaction
- General administrative tasks
- Primary function is to support US sales, but working well cross-functionally in the Israeli office is a critical element
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work an altered schedule to support the US market and the US-based Sales Team
- Mother tongue level English - written and spoken
- At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment in a customer-facing customer service, supply chain, e-commerce or logistics role
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in a supply chain-related field
- Exceptional Microsoft Office (Excel) skills required
- Experience with WMS (warehouse management systems), ERP systems such as SAP Business, Katana, and Shopify e-commerce platform strongly preferred
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, thorough by nature
- Flexibility and the ability to work under pressure to meet customer demands
- Additional languages - advantage
- SOF or Combat Military or Law Enforcement service - advantage
- Familiarity with/passionate about the tactical gear/firearms/Military industry and culture - advantage
