Global Purchasing & Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:
- Oversight of purchase requests and preparation of price quotations.
- Identifying and sourcing suppliers globally, ensuring alignment with operational
needs. - Communicating and negotiating with vendors, manufacturers, and logistics
partners. - Coordinating with other departments to meet organizational requirements and
expectations. - Handling logistics aspects, including import/export documentation, customs
regulations, and ensuring smooth transportation of goods.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position within global supply chains –
required. - Experience in import/export logistics, with a solid understanding of international
shipping, customs procedures, and regulatory requirements. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Hebrew, both written and verbal
communication. - Strong organizational skills, quick learning ability, and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication skills combined with a confident and assertive approach.
