About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Textile Manufacturing Manager to oversee global operations and ensure our facilities consistently deliver high-quality tactical gear, meet production targets, and operate efficiently.  This role requires extensive experience in textile manufacturing and the ability to lead and collaborate with teams across multiple locations.

This is a senior level role that requires autonomy and ownership; we are looking for someone who can think outside the box and consistently improve.

 

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of manufacturing across Agilite's global facilities, ensuring consistent quality standards, production efficiency, and adherence to timelines.

Build and maintain strong relationships with production teams, supervisors, and quality control personnel across all facilities.

Conduct regular audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality control in relevant areas.

Lead the setup and optimization of production lines at new contractor facilities, ensuring they meet Agilite's quality and efficiency standards.

Identify and implement new technologies, best practices, and/or protocols to maintain Agilite's position at the forefront of innovation in tactical gear manufacturing.

Travel globally to visit production facilities, conduct audits, and collaborate with international teams.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum 10 years of experience in textile manufacturing management, with a proven track record in tactical gear or load-bearing equipment.

Proven track record of leading successful teams in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment.

Strong understanding of production planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.

Ability to travel internationally as needed. The position will require a minimum of 15 weeks a year travelling.

Fluency in English required; additional languages a plus.

Experience working with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
