The Role

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join us as the sole developer in the marketing team. This is not your typical "ticket-closing" junior role. You will be the technical owner of your domain, taking features and products from the initial planning stage all the way to production-ready code used by real users.

This is a rare opportunity for a developer with 1-2 years of experience to step up, take ownership, and learn how to architect systems from the ground up in a fast-growing company. You will maintain legacy code, but your main focus will be on architecting and building new projects that drive the business forward.

What You’ll Do

End-to-End Development: Plan, architect, and build new features and internal tools from scratch.
Full Stack Engineering: Write clean, scalable code using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Data & Infrastructure: Manage data flows using MongoDB and GCP BigQuery.
Modern Workflow: Utilize AI-assisted development tools like Cursor and Codex to speed up delivery and solve complex problems.
Maintenance: Support and improve existing legacy codebases to ensure stability.

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
The Stack: Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Database Knowledge: Experience working with databases (MongoDB, SQL, or BigQuery).
Education: Computer Science degree, or a Bootcamp graduate/Self-taught developer with a strong portfolio demonstrating real-world coding skills.
Mindset: You are a self-starter. Since you will be the primary developer in this unit, you need to be comfortable researching solutions, managing your time, and "figuring things out."
