Customer Service Coordinator

Location: Holon, Israel.

Agilite, a fast-growing global leader in defense and tactical gear, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role at the heart of our E-Commerce and B2B order fulfillment process, serving customers and partners worldwide.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing timely, accurate, and friendly responses to inquiries about orders, products, shipping, and returns.
  • Oversee and monitor the order fulfillment process, ensuring smooth order flow, accuracy, and efficient coordination with our global 3PL partners.
  • Proactively maintain and improve processes to ensure seamless operations across systems and warehouses.
  • Ensure ERP system accuracy and reliability (NetSuite), supporting the integrity of our business data.
  • Work closely with B2C customers and B2B partners, ensuring clear communication, swift resolution of issues, and outstanding service delivery.
  • Collaborate daily with internal teams and external partners to guarantee the highest level of operational excellence.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology and data-driven tools to develop the Customer Service department and create new growth paths.

What We’re Looking For

  • Native-level English (spoken & written), with strong command of Hebrew. Additional languages are an advantage.
  • A professional, articulate, and confident communicator who represents the company well and builds trust with customers.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, logistics, or customer service roles.
  • Hungry, ambitious, open-minded, and curious about new technologies—with a drive to continuously improve processes and tools.
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel) skills preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP (NetSuite preferred) and Shopify.
  • Proven problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think creatively and act quickly in a growing business.
  • Experience working with global clients and 3PLs.
  • Passion for tactical gear is a plus.
  • Military combat background and a deep understanding of tactical equipment is a significant advantage.
