- Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and financial modelling.
- Develop management reporting and KPIs that provide meaningful insights into business performance.
- Partner with management on pricing, profitability, inventory, investments and other strategic initiatives.
- Prepare Board reporting and support long-term business planning.
- Continuously improve financial processes, reporting capabilities and internal controls.
- Oversee relationships with external auditors, tax advisors and statutory service providers.
Requirements:
- CPA qualification is required.
- Proven experience leading a finance team in a consumer product, eCommerce, omnichannel retail or other inventory-intensive business.
- Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, financial modeling and business analysis, with the ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights.
- Deep accounting knowledge with the ability to guide, challenge and support the finance team while maintaining strong financial governance.
- Experience working with modern ERP systems; experience with NetSuite is a significant advantage.
- Fluent in both Hebrew and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical, curious and strategic, with a genuine interest in understanding the business behind the numbers.
- Comfortable challenging assumptions, identifying opportunities and providing clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across the organization.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-growing environment where priorities evolve and continuous improvement is expected.
Success in this role:
You will build a finance function that combines strong financial governance with meaningful business insight. Success means providing management with reliable financial visibility, helping departments make better decisions, challenging assumptions when needed, and ensuring the company has the planning and analytical capabilities required to support Agilite's continued growth.
